This Privacy Policy explains how the Saporito's mobile app and its backend service ("we", "us", the "Service"), operated by WorkIPO for Saporito's Pizza, collect and use information when you place pickup and delivery orders with Saporito's Pizza.
Information we collect
- Order details: the menu items, modifiers, and pickup or delivery information you submit when placing an order.
- Contact information: the name and phone number you provide so the restaurant can prepare and hand off your order.
- Delivery address: if you place a delivery order, the address you enter so the order can be delivered.
- Account information: if you choose to create an account, your email address, and your saved details, order history, and loyalty rewards balance. An account is optional — you can order as a guest.
- Device and notification data: if you opt in to notifications, a push notification token used to send order status updates and, where you have consented, promotional messages.
- Basic technical data: standard request information such as timestamps, needed to operate and secure the Service.
We do not collect or store raw payment card numbers. Where payment is processed, it is handled by Clover, the restaurant's point-of-sale provider.
How we use information
- To send your order to Saporito's Pizza for preparation and pickup.
- To notify you about the status of your order.
- To send promotional messages only where you have opted in.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
How information is shared
We share order and contact information with Clover, the restaurant's point-of-sale provider, so the order can be fulfilled. We use push notification services to deliver notifications. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to operate the Service and meet the restaurant's record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- You can decline or turn off notifications in your device settings.
- You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at saporitos@live.com.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
